Love Your Dry skin ❤️

 Dear readers , take love❤️ . Did you ever notice rough, uncomfortable , dry patches on your skin even in a humid weather? If yes then let me tell you, you're not alone. For a really long time I've also faced this still made it fixed from doing different trial and error. So what made my skin so pathetic? Can you guess? Yes you're right.. lack of proper care.

Well, some people assumes that proper care requires to invest thousands of bucks on skincare and aesthetic treatments but in reality it's not like that. Here I'm telling you how you can make a reasonable change to the condition of your precious skin without ripping off your wallet..

* Maintaining hydration for relaxation

* Ensuring balanced diet including protein, antioxidant, vitamin A, C & E and Healthy fat. Not necessary it has to be insanely priced. Get anything available and matched with your budget.

* Having sunlight but avoid scorching sun, your skin will thank you for that.

* Never cut off your sun protection even if you're indoor. If you think your sunscreen/sunblock is overly moisturizing then go for sun stick. If it feels oily then go for sun powder.

Since I have dry skin, My personal favorite sunscreen is Tony Moly UV master Aqua Cooling sunscreen. It really gives a slightly cooling sensation when applied and it's quite moisturizing.

* Cleansing is a must. Use gentle cleanser to wash off the dirt, sweat, excess oils and products used throughout the day. Usually I don't bother about brand as long as it's gentle and budget friendly. Currently I'm using manyo Cleansing balm and fully red tomato jam cleansing balm as I prefer double cleansing. Both of these cleansers are really good for dry skin, they clean thoroughly without stripping off moisture from your skin. Both of these cleansers are available in olive young.

* Don't be lazy while moisturizing. Regardless the weather is humid or dry the skin requires proper moisturizing. Why? Because skin produces more and more sebum to mimic the moisturizer when it's kept dry for a long time and that makes it prone to get clogged pores and acne. A good moisturizer locks in hydration and support the skin barrier.

* Be relaxed. There might be many external reasons to be stressed but being relaxed only depends on you.

Final thought

Dry skin is not a curse and you don't need to spend like crazy to fix it. Just a little bit of change and consistency can make a huge difference. So be patient, stay consistent and love your dry skin ❤️ .
